Mystic Cards Co. is a collectibles retailer based in Sainte-Martine, Quebec, Canada, specializing in the sale of sealed Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) products and related collectibles.

Mystic Cards Co. is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo Co., Ltd., Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., or any of their subsidiaries or related entities. • All prices displayed on the Mystic Cards Co. website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Mystic Cards Co. reserves the right to update, correct, or modify product pricing at any time and without prior notice.
• Product images displayed on our website are for illustrative and representational purposes only. Actual product appearance, packaging, or included accessories may vary slightly from images shown.
• Mystic Cards Co. makes no guarantees regarding the specific cards, rarities, or contents of any sealed product. The contents of sealed Pokémon TCG products are determined solely by the manufacturer (The Pokémon Company International) and are entirely randomized. Purchasing a sealed product does not guarantee any specific pull, rare card, or result.
• Product availability is subject to change without notice. Listing a product on our website does not constitute a guarantee of stock availability.

5. Orders & Payment

• An order is considered confirmed and binding upon receipt of full payment and issuance of an order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout.
• Accepted payment methods include: Shop Pay and PayPal.
• Mystic Cards Co. reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including — but not limited to — cases involving pricing errors, stock discrepancies, suspected fraudulent activity, or orders that trigger our fraud-prevention measures.
• In the event that Mystic Cards Co. cancels an order, the customer will receive a full refund to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. No additional compensation is owed in connection with an order cancellation initiated by Mystic Cards Co.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information. Mystic Cards Co. is not liable for delays or failures arising from incorrect payment details.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content appearing on the Mystic Cards Co. website — including, but not limited to, the Mystic Cards Co. name, logo, site design, written content, and photography — is the exclusive property of Mystic Cards Co. or is used with the express permission of the respective rights holder.

• Mystic Cards Co. is not responsible for manufacturer defects in sealed products. Defects in product manufacturing or printing are the responsibility of The Pokémon Company International or the relevant manufacturer, and customers should direct such concerns to the manufacturer directly.
